Heirloom Tomato Salsa

Yield 19 oz

 

4 oz Cherokee Purple tomato small diced

4 oz Anna Russian tomato small diced 

4 oz Yellow Taxi tomato small diced

4 oz Orange Blossom tomato small diced

1-2 oz Jalapenos small diced

1 oz Garlic minced

1 T extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all and enjoy. Best eaten fresh not to refrigerated
